What You'll Do

We're looking for someone who enjoys recruiting outstanding talent while also improving how we hire. In this role, you'll split your time between leading strategic hiring processes and driving projects that make Attraction & Selection more scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles across the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Lead Attraction & Selection projects focused on improving hiring quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Use data, AI, and automation to optimize recruiting processes and support better hiring decisions.
  • Build and improve recruiting playbooks, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic hiring initiatives, including employer branding, interview excellence, and process improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technology or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience leading projects or driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to support decision-making.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve productivity and hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • High ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluent English for daily activities, discussions, meetings and interviews.
  • Strategic hiring goals are achieved with high-quality hiring decisions and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Attraction & Selection processes become increasingly scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
  • AI and automation are effectively incorporated into recruiting workflows.
  • Strategic Attraction & Selection projects are successfully delivered and adopted across the company.
