CloudWalk Launches CW Academy, Free Platform with Classes on Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Agent Creation
With the goal of sharing knowledge about AI, the company has just made available a series of videos and exercises for those interested in the technology

São Paulo, July 2025 – CloudWalk, a technology company that owns the InfinitePay and Jim.com brands, has just launched CW Academy, a free platform offering classes on artificial intelligence.
With the goal of sharing knowledge about AI, the new platform covers everything from a general overview of AI to more practical exercises, such as creating automations and developing intelligent agents.
Leading the debate on artificial intelligence in the country, CloudWalk will offer a total of five classes in this first stage of the platform. In this initial phase, CW Academy will cover the following topics: artificial intelligence overview; introduction to ChatGPT; automation with n8n; adopting Cursor for AI-powered code creation; and building agents from scratch.
In addition to video classes, the platform includes practical exercises for better learning outcomes for those interested in the course. The material content was developed and produced entirely by CloudWalk's team, led by the Customer Support Engineer team – the company's largest, with more than 150 people and various AI agents.
"CloudWalk has been leading the debate on AI and the adoption of technology in daily operations. Today, more than 90% of customer service is handled without human intervention. Based on this expertise, we decided to bring our knowledge to more people and thus also attract more AI-passionate talents to join CloudWalk," says Gabriel Bernal, Chief Experience Officer at CloudWalk.
Opportunities at CloudWalk
With its launch, the course becomes mandatory for anyone wanting to join CloudWalk's customer service team. "CW Academy was created with the goal of showing candidates that at our company we encourage continuous learning, especially development that can help professionals go beyond operational customer service, but also implement improvements using AI," says Bernal.
In January of this year, CloudWalk announced a new salary policy, with a "minimum wage" of R$ 7,000 for all company employees.
This base salary of R$ 7,000 was only possible thanks to increased efficiency and productivity by the team, which developed more than 40 AI agents and achieved the impressive result of US$ 1 million in revenue per employee in 2024.
The salary policy benefited more than 200 employees with significant raises. Additionally, CloudWalk provides its entire team of more than 650 people with access to various AI tools, such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Cursor, among others.
Candidates interested in joining the team can apply for available positions on this website.
