CloudWalk completes Brazil’s largest structured credit deal of 2025

São Paulo, June 2025 – CloudWalk, the technology company behind InfinitePay and Jim.com, has completed Brazil’s largest structured credit transaction of 2025. The company raised funds through a Receivables Investment Fund (FIDC) — a financial vehicle commonly used in Brazil and comparable to an asset-backed security — with resources dedicated to financing credit card receivables for more than 5 million entrepreneurs served by InfinitePay.

The new fund, named CloudWalk Pi in tribute to the mathematical constant, raised R$ 3.14 billion (US$ 570 million). The proceeds will strengthen InfinitePay’s receivables financing operations — a service known in Brazil as antecipação de recebíveis, which allows small and medium-sized businesses to receive early payment on future credit card sales, improving their cash flow and accelerating growth.

CloudWalk closed 2024 with R$ 2.7 billion (US$ 497 million) in revenue, up 67% year-over-year, and net profit tripling to R$ 339 million (US$ 63 million). Half of its revenue now comes from products launched in the past two years, including smart credit, instant settlement, and online payment management. The company’s Tap to Pay solution — which turns smartphones into payment terminals — has been a key driver of adoption among entrepreneurs nationwide.

“By extending the maturity of this new fund to five years, we are reinforcing a stable and long-term funding structure for our operations,” said Pablo de Mello, COO of CloudWalk. “This ensures we can keep supporting millions of entrepreneurs who depend on receivables financing to grow their businesses.”

Since 2021, CloudWalk has structured ten FIDCs, raising more than R$ 10.5 billion (US$ 1.9 billion) in total. With one already settled, the company currently maintains over R$ 9.5 billion (US$ 1.7 billion) in active funds. The most recent transaction was coordinated by Itaú BBA, with participation from Banco do Brasil BI, J. Safra, Bradesco BBI, and BTG.

InfinitePay has been operating in Brazil since 2019 and is now present in 100% of municipalities. In 2024, CloudWalk expanded to the United States with Jim.com, a payments app that enables micro and small entrepreneurs to receive instant payments directly on their smartphones.
