CloudWalk Earns Fraud Prevention Certification from Brazil’s National Confederation of Financial Institutions

São Paulo, November 2025CloudWalk, the technology company behind InfinitePay and Jim.com, received the Fraud Prevention Seal from the National Confederation of Financial Institutions (CNF) this Tuesday (Nov. 18), during a ceremony held in São Paulo.

Created as a proactive response by the financial system to ensure operational integrity, the seal recognizes institutions that follow the best practices of prevention, enforcement, and awareness in fraud and scam mitigation processes.

By combining machine learning with recent innovations such as LLM-based agents, CloudWalk has built an anti-fraud shield capable of identifying suspicious patterns, dismantling digital crime networks, and preventing the creation of fake accounts on its platform. Valid for 12 months, the CNF certification is part of the initiative’s 2025 Cycle.

“Receiving this recognition is a source of great pride for everyone at CloudWalk. This seal represents the tireless work of our team, which uses every possible tool to protect the operations of nearly 6 million Brazilian entrepreneurs. Fraud prevention is a daily commitment for us — one that evolves alongside digital threats,” said Alan Dias, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at CloudWalk, who represented the company at the award ceremony in São Paulo.

How it works

CloudWalk’s system operates continuously, monitoring transactions in real time and adapting to new fraudulent tactics. With accuracy above 99%, the company’s proprietary technology works almost entirely autonomously. In addition to identifying fraud attempts, it learns from each new interaction, becoming increasingly efficient at protecting the financial resources of its clients and partners.

“We’re talking about an extremely high level of confidence. Only 0.3% of AI-driven decisions require human review,” added Dias.

According to the CNF, the certification serves as a recognition of institutions committed to user security, while also demonstrating compliance with laws and market best practices.

Award-winning performance

In October, InfinitePay was recognized as the financial institution with the lowest customer complaint rate among Brazil’s 15 largest financial companies, according to the official ranking of the Central Bank of Brazil.

With the number of open accounts more than doubling in the past 12 months, InfinitePay recorded only 135 legitimate complaints, resulting in an index of 9.55 (the Central Bank’s ranking measures the estimated number of legitimate complaints per million customers for each institution).
For comparison, the top-ranking institutions on the list recorded complaint rates that were 908%, 455%, and 442% higher than InfinitePay’s.

CloudWalk’s advances in applying artificial intelligence to security have already earned the company growing recognition in the market.
In 2023 and 2024, the company won the Mastercard Excellence Program in categories focused on digital security, reinforcing its leadership in the sector.

During the same period, CloudWalk was also featured in Silverguard’s ranking of “Top Anti-Fraud Companies in Combating Fake and Shell Accounts”, which monthly lists the ten most prepared companies to tackle this type of threat.

These results reflect CloudWalk’s commitment to service excellence, operational security, and the sustainable growth of its customers.
